During his visit to the Peoples Republic of China, Chairperson PHEC Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid (S.I) met with the Tianjin Education Commission. The Chairperson discussed the opportunities of joint collaborations between the two organizations and support to Punjab Tianjin University of Engineering & Technology (PTUT) Lahore for promotion skill-based and technological education in Punjab.

Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid also visited Tsinghua University China and attended Research Project Review meeting at the Department of Mechanical Engineering.
