Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) organized online training (via Microsoft Team) on “Online Training on Capacity Building” for Public Sector College Principals of Bahawalpur and Sahiwal Division from Monday, October 19, 2020, to Friday, October 23, 2020. The major topics in which training was imparted Prospects and Challenges in the implementation of semester system in colleges, Establishing learning assessment process inside classroom, University- Colleges relationship (Semester system & assessment policies), Concept, Evolution & Working of Community Colleges in US and Pakistan (Punjab), Associate Degree Programs: Prospects and Challenges, Online education/Distance learning: Principles & Practices, Critical & Creative Thinking and ICT (Education Technology).
