Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) organized online training (via Microsoft Team) on “Online Training on Capacity Building” for Public Sector College Principals of Rawalpindi Division from Monday, October 12, 2020, to Friday, October 16, 2020. The major topics in which training was imparted Prospects and Challenges in the implementation of semester system in colleges, Establishing learning assessment process inside classroom, University- Colleges relationship (Semester system & assessment policies), Concept, Evolution & Working of Community Colleges in US and Pakistan (Punjab), Associate Degree Programs: Prospects and Challenges, Online education/Distance learning: Principles & Practices, Critical & Creative Thinking and ICT (Education Technology).
