Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) organized online training (via Microsoft Team) on “Effective Teaching & Learning: Tools & Techniques” for Public Sector College Lecturers and Assistant Professors of Muzaffargarh District from Monday, March 22 , 2021, to Friday, March 26, 2021. The major topics in which training was imparted included Prospects and Challenges in the implementation of semester system in colleges, Establishing learning assessment process inside classroom, University- Colleges relationship (Semester system & assessment policies), ICT (Education Technology), Online Learning Resources, Techniques of Presentation Skills, Professional tricks to prepare presentation material with effective audio/ visual aids, Pedagogy/Andragogy (Focusing on Developmental Learning in Colleges), Learning Process and Approaches, Inspirational Leadership & How to achieve performance based targets & goals, Time Management, Occupational Stress & Stress Management at the Work Place, Associate Degree Program: Prospects and Challenges and Creative & Critical Thinking.
