Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) organized online training (via Microsoft Team) on “Effective Teaching & Learning: Tools & Techniques” for Public Sector College Lecturers and Assistant Professors of Rajanpur District from Monday, March 29 , 2021, to Friday, April 02, 2021. The major topics in which training was imparted included Prospects and Challenges in the implementation of semester system in colleges, Establishing learning assessment process inside classroom, University- Colleges relationship (Semester system & assessment policies), Communication as a tool for effective interpersonal engagement, Communication barriers, and their impact on learning and their remedial strategies, Techniques of Presentation Skills, Professional tricks to prepare presentation material with effective audio/ visual aids.
