Punjab Higher Education Commission organized a training workshop on “Teaching as Profession” at PHEC’s Staff Development Academy. Lecturers and Assistant Professors from public sector colleges of Rawalpindi division received training that covered a wide range of topics including modern teaching/learning methodologies and tools, technological integration into pedagogy, classroom management, boosting students’ interest in classroom activities, and effective evaluation of their performance. Noted resource persons delivered lectures to the faculty members. Certificates were distributed among the participants at the end.
