Chairman PHEC Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmed Khalid participated, as Guest of Honour, in an international conference “Transformation of Repository into Knowledge-Economy” organized by Minhaj University Lahore in collaboration with PLWO. Expressing his view the chairman PHEC said that the 4th industrial revolution had transformed the outlook of the economy. “In the modern era, knowledge is the power and universities are important to create knowledge. By equipping with the best of technology skills, universities, by engaging youth, can transform human capital into an economic dividend.”
