Description

Dean Biological Sciences UVAS Prof. Dr. Habib ur Rehman, graced the concluding ceremony and distributed certificates among participants of 3-day training workshops (Batch 5 & 6) as part of faculty development program of Punjab Higher Education Commission. The training on “Advancing Teaching Excellence: Strategies for Effective Higher Education Instructions and Professional Development was organized by PHEC from October 10-12, 2023 at Veterinary Academy UVAS, Lahore. Around 90 lecturers and assistant professors serving public and private sector universities participated in the training.

The training program aims to equip faculty members with a comprehensive set of skills and knowledge to enhance their teaching effectiveness and professional growth in higher education. It will empower participants to become well-rounded educators capable of fostering positive learning environments, promoting student engagement, and effectively managing professional responsibilities while maintaining work-life balance.
