Lecturers and Assistant Professors from public sector colleges of Faisalabad division received training on Learners’ Psychology during a workshop held on 13-14 Feb. 2020 at Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC)’s Staff Development Academy, Lahore. Chairman PHEC Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid was the chief guest of the concluding session.
The training workshop that lasted for two-days covered a wide range of topics including the psychology of communication, assessing personality traits, modern teaching/learning methodologies and tools, technological integration into pedagogy, classroom management, boosting students’ interest in classroom activities, and effective evaluation of their performance. Noted resource persons delivered lectures to the faculty members. Certificates were distributed among the participants at the end.
