Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) organized online training (via Microsoft Team) on “Capacity Building” for Public Sector College Lecturers and Assistant Professors of Dera Ghazi Khan District from Monday, March 08 , 2021, to Friday, March 12, 2021. The major topics in which training was imparted included Prospects and Challenges in the implementation of semester system in colleges, Establishing learning assessment process inside classroom, University- Colleges relationship (Semester system & assessment policies), ICT (Education Technology), Online Learning Resources, MOOCs, What are Presentation Skills & Methodology, Techniques of Presentation Skills, Professional tricks to prepare presentation material with effective audio/ visual aids, Pedagogy/Andragogy (Focusing on Developmental Learning in Colleges), Learning Process and Approaches, Inspirational Leadership & How to achieve performance based targets & goals, Time Management, Occupational Stress & Stress Management at the Work Place, Associate Degree Program: Prospects and Challenges and Creative & Critical Thinking.
