Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) organized online training (via Microsoft Team) on “Capacity Building” for Public Sector College Principals of Lahore and Sargodha Divisions from Monday, January 25 , 2021, to Friday, January 29, 2021. The major topics in which training was imparted included Prospects and Challenges in the implementation of semester system in colleges, Establishing learning assessment process inside classroom, University- Colleges relationship (Semester system & assessment policies). The resource persons for the training included Dr. Shahid Imran (Professor at UET), Dr. Muhammad Amjad (Professor at UET), Dr. Fahad Noor (Associate Professor, Mechanical Engineering, UET, Lahore),Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ijaz Butt (Principal, Govt College Township Lahore) , Dr. Rab Nawaz Lodhi (Associate Professor at UCP), Dr. Sumaira Rashid (Associate Professor, Forman Christian College University, Lahore), Dr. Tanveer Iqbal (Chairman/Associate Professor, Chemical, Polymer & Composite Materials Engineering Department, UET Lahore), Ms. Sadia Saeed Freelance Trainer, Mr. Asim Hameed Butt (Associate Professor Govt College Township Lahore) and Prof. Dr. Nasir Mahmood (Dean, Faculty of Science Education, AIOU Islamabad).
