Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) organized online training (via Microsoft Team) on “Capacity Building” for Public Sector College Principals and Vice Principals from Monday, December 21 , 2020, to Thursday , December 24, 2020. The major topics in which training was imparted included Prospects and Challenges in the implementation of semester system in colleges, Establishing learning assessment process inside classroom, University- Colleges relationship (Semester system & assessment policies), Concept, Evolution & Working of Community Colleges in US and Pakistan (Punjab), Associate Degree Programs: Prospects and Challenges, Online education/Distance learning: Principles & Practices, Critical & Creative Thinking and ICT (Education Technology).
