Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) organized online training (via Microsoft Team) on “Capacity Building” for Public Sector College Principals of Bahawalpur, Sahiwal and Rawalpindi Division from Monday, January 11 , 2021, to Friday, January 15, 2021. The major topics in which training was imparted included Prospects and Challenges in the implementation of semester system in colleges, Establishing learning assessment process inside classroom, University- Colleges relationship (Semester system & assessment policies), Concept, Evolution & Working of Community Colleges in US and Pakistan (Punjab), Associate Degree Programs: Prospects and Challenges, Online education/Distance learning: Principles & Practices, Critical & Creative Thinking and ICT (Education Technology).
