Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) organized online training (via Microsoft Team) on Leadership and Management for Principals of Dera Ghazi Khan Division from Monday , June 07 to Friday, June 18 2021. The major topics in which training was imparted included Responsibilities / JDs of Principals, General Noting / Drafting skill, Recruitment, Contract Appointment & Re-employment Policy, Official Communications, Drafting of Legal Instruments, PEEDA Act 2006, The Protection Against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act, Financial Powers of Principals, Financial Rules & Delegation of Financial Powers, Basic rules & practice of Audit, Audit Paras and Settlement, Public Procurements, Procedure of Maintenance & Reconciliation of Accounts, Budget Preparation, Asset Management, Introduction to PC-I, II, III, IV & V.
