Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) organized online training (via Microsoft Team) on “Administration, Planning and Management” for Registrars of Public & Private Sector Universities / DAIs from Monday , December 28 to Tuesday, December 29 2020. The major topics in which training was imparted included Role of Registrar- Administrative Challenges, Strategies for Organizational Excellence and Practicing Good Governance, Academic Planning & Management, How to achieve performance based targets & goals, A talk with Qasim Ali Shah, Evolving Role of Registrar in a Modern University, Human Resource Management (HRM) – Challenges, Financial Planning and Budgeting, Procurement, Contract & PPRA Rules and Leveraging Information Technology.
