Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) organized online training (via Microsoft Team) on “Online Training Workshop” for Mir Chakar Khan Rind University of Technology & Ghazi University, DG Khan from Monday , February 15 to Friday, February 19 2021. The major topics in which training was imparted included Learning Process and Approaches, Classroom Management, Classroom management & Disciplinary interventions, key Features of the Semester System, Prospects and Challenges in the implementation of semester system, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Types of Assessment Establishing learning assessment process inside classroom, Examination Policies Grading & Marking System, Functions of QEC and Role in Quality Improvement of Academic Programs. The resource persons for the training included Dr. Shahid Imran (Professor at UET), Dr. Zahid Anwar (Professor at UET), Dr. Muhammad Amjad (Professor at UET), Mr. Amjad Saleemi (Ex- Additional Secretary Finance Department of Punjab), Dr. Shafey Shumail (Associate Professor, School of Science and Engineering, LUMS), Dr. Muhammad Saeed (Chairman, Dept. of Research Evaluation Institute of Education Research, University of the Punjab, Lahore), Dr. Mehwish Raza (Dean of Education at FCCU, Lahore), Prof. Dr. Nasir Mahmood (Dean, Faculty of Science Education, AIOU Islamabad), Prof. Dr. Najma Najam (Founding VC Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi) and Dr. Fahad Noor (Associate Professor, Mechanical Engineering, UET, Lahore).
