Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) organized online training (via Microsoft Team) on Online Promotion-Linked Training Workshop for Lecturers of Public Sector Colleges of Punjab Batch-2 from Monday, January 17 , 2022, to Friday, January 28, 2022. The major topics in which training was imparted included Concept and objectives of Academic planning & management, College Education Planning, Associate Degree Programs, Introduction to Semester system, University – Colleges relationship, Semester system & assessment policies, Prospects and Challenges in the implementation of semester system in colleges, Principles, procedures and benefits of microteaching, Curriculum Development, Strategies for effective lesson planning, Classroom management and Essentials of classroom learning.
