Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid, Chairman PHEC, attended the Inaugural Ceremony of University of Education Capacity Building Program sponsored by Qasim Ali Shah Foundation. Addressing the participants, the Chairman said that investing in human development and work is being done to develop human resource. He said the objective would be achieved through opportunities of higher learning, training, and capacity building programs. Prof. Dr. Talat Naseer Pasha, Vice Chancellor Uinversity of Education, and Qasim Ali Shah were also present on this occasion.
