Chairman PHEC Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid was invited as Guest of Honour at 3rd Convocation of Riphah International University, Lahore. While addressing the convocation, the Chairman said that the convocation was a platform to acknowledge the impressive achievements of the students and admire their hard work. This ceremony was celebrated to bring all the faculty members, the students and the family together. Degrees and medals were distributed among the graduating students.
