Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid, Chairman Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC), was invited as Chief Guest to a symposium entitled “Emerging Trends in Big Data Architectures, Frameworks and Technologies” organized by Virtual University of Pakistan, Lahore Campus.The current development in the field of Big Data has opened new horizons of the research where data scientist are interested in solving diverse range of problems including segregating useful and irrelevant data, assemblage of disturbed data, efficient storage and transfer of data.
