Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid, Chairman HEC, was invited to inaugurate a Book Fair at the University of Management and Technology Lahore organized by UMT Learning Resource Centre. The chairman visited various bookstalls there and appreciated the step taken by the organizers towards promoting reading habits among the students.
