Chairman PHEC Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid was invited as a Chief Guest at the inauguration ceremony of a two-day conference on Energy Conservation organized by UET, Lahore. Dr. Fazal A. Khalid along with VC Dr. Syed Mansoor Sarwar visited various stalls and appreciated the efforts of students.
