Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid, Chairman Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) addressed the inaugural session of the two-day International Digital Conference 2020 on Multidisciplinary Research and Perspectives for Innovative Higher Education as chief guest and spoke on the Role of PHEC in promoting Quality in Education and Research. The conference was organized by the University of South Asia.
