Chairman PHEC Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid said that in order to achieve international ranking we have to make some parameters and universities should follow these parameters. He was speaking at the first international seminar on the Higher Education University Rankings organized by the Times Higher Education and the University of Lahore. Federal Minister for Education, Professional Training and National Heritage Shafqat Mahmood was the chief guest of the conference. Punjab Higher Education Minister Raja Yasir Hamayun Sarfraz also participated in the event.
