Chairman PHEC Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid was invited as the Chief Guest at the closing ceremony of the 3rd All Pakistan Co-curricular Competitions-2019, organized jointly by The Educationist, University of the Punjab, National Accountability Bureau, University of Baltistan, University of Okara and Punjab Higher Education Commission. Prof. Dr. Fazal appreciated the organization of competitions and distributed awards and certificates among the positions holders.
