Chairman PHEC Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid attended a meeting of Inter-Provincial Ministers of Education Conference at Arfa Software Technology Park, Lahore. The meeting was held on 08.07.2020 under the convenorship of Provincial Minister for Higher Education and Information Technology Punjab, Raja or Sir Humayun Sarfraz. It was decided in the meeting to open educational institutions with SOPs in the first week of September. Final approval will be sought from the NCOC tomorrow.

The conference was attended by the education ministers of the four provinces, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. It was decided at the meeting that the situation of Covid 19 would be reviewed before the opening of the educational institution and two more meetings on the situation of Corona would be convened before September. This was agreed upon by all the Education Ministers.
