Chairman PHEC Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid (S.I.) inaugurated, virtually, a lecture on “Higher Education During and Post COVID-19: Opportunities and Challenges for Pakistan” organized by the Inter-University Consortium for the Promotion of Social Sciences (IUCPSS). Prof. Dr. Sohail H. Naqvi, Rector, University of Central Asia was invited to deliver the lecture.
