Chairman PHEC Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, called on Hon’ble Governor Punjab, Muhammad Baligh Ur Rehman at Governor House Lahore. Dr. Shahid briefed him about the functions and role of the Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) in uplifting the higher education sector in the province.
