Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) Honours Visionary Vice Chancellors for Transformative Impact on Higher Education
The higher education sector in Punjab has witnessed remarkable progress over the past three years, as recognized by leading ranking agencies such as Times Higher Education (THE) and Quacquarelli Symonds (QS). This significant advancement can be attributed to the visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to fostering a conducive learning environment by the Vice Chancellors at public sector universities in Punjab.
In recognition of their exceptional contributions to the higher education sector and in completion of their tenure as Vice Chancellor. As a token of farewel, a lunch was organised by PHEC to acknowledge their contribution. The primary objective of the ceremony was to formally acknowledge and commend the exemplary leadership and transformative impact of these distinguished academic leaders on the higher education landscape in Punjab.
The PHEC firmly believes that celebrating the achievements of these Vice Chancellors, it can set a norm and inspire others in the academic community to strive for excellence in academia, administration, and learning.
