A Delegation from SCO Universities Consortium Secretariat, RUDN University, Moscow has visited Punjab Higher Education Commission and had a meeting with Chairperson PHEC. Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir (T.I), Chairperson along with Chief Operating Officer (COO) PHEC welcomed the delegation. During the meeting the officials from PHEC and GREF were present including Engr. Dr. Mansoor Baloch COO PHEC, and Dr. Asif Munir, Director Training PHEC. Chairperson PHEC presented Souvenir to the team members.
