Dr. Arshad Saleem Bhatti, Rector along with Dr. Mohsin Registrar and Mr .Ehsan Zafar director IT Virtual University (UV) met with Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid, Chairman PHEC today at PHEC. The meeting is part of the collaboration of PHEC with VU to support universities of Punjab in terms of LMS and IT-related support.
