The establishment of the Center of Excellence in Maternal and Child Health (CEMCH) at the Department of Public Health, Institute of Social and Cultural Studies, University of Punjab is an important step towards improving the health and well-being of mothers and children. As the chairperson of the PHEC, Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir’s inauguration of the center shows a commitment to promoting research and education in the field of maternal and child health.
