Malik Sher Abbas Awan, learned Additional District and Session Judge/Senior Research Officer, Lahore High Court, Lahore, visited Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC), called on Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid, Chairman PHEC and discussed the challenges to higher education, especially the quality of legal education in the province. Chairman PHEC briefed the learned judge about the vision, mission and activities of PHEC to improve the quality and standards of higher education in the Province. The learned Judge appreciated the efforts of PHEC and lauded the vision of the Chairman.
