Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) arranged an online meeting of the Vice Chancellors/Rectors of public and private sector universities/DAIs in Punjab to discuss the opening of universities and other related matters in the post-lockdown scenario of COVID-19. Chairman PHEC Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid presided over the meeting.
