Minister for Higher Education and Information Technology, Raja Yassir Humayun Sarfraz was invited as Chief Guest to the Certificate Ceremony of three days training workshop for PHEC Officers and Officials. Minister HE & IT emphasized the upskilling for improved efficiency and work performance. Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, Chairman PHEC, Dr. Ashiq Hussain, DPI Colleges, Dr. Mansoor Ahmad Baluch COO and officers from PHEC were present at this occasion. Ms. Afshan Shahzad from LUMS was the trainer.
