Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC), Lahore College for Women University (LCWU) and Qasim Ali Shah Foundation (QASF) signed a memorandum of understanding to undertake mutual activities, workshops, training programs in order to develop academic linkages, and enhancement of skills of faculty and students of Higher Education Institutes in Punjab. The MOU was signed by Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid (Chairman PHEC), Prof. Dr. Uzma Quraishi (Vice Chancellor, LCWU), and Mr. Qasim Ali Shah (QASF).
