Punjab Higher Education Commission and Virtual University of Pakistan signed an MoU to engage in bilateral cooperation in a meaningful way to facilitate capacity building activities (including training, workshops, conferences, seminar, symposia) for students, faculty, management, and staff of Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in Punjab.
