A cake-cutting ceremony was held to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee Independence Day of Pakistan at PHEC. Minister for Higher Education and Information Technology, Raja Yassir Humayun Sarfraz was invited as Chief Guest at the occasion. Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, Chairman PHEC, Dr. Ashiq Hussain, DPI Colleges, Dr. Mansoor Baluch, COO PHEC and Officials/Officers from PHEC were also present.
