Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC), in collaboration with the Bargad Organization for Youth Development, organized a seminar titled “Dialogue on Challenges and Opportunities of 2% Minority Quota in Higher Education” at the Arfa Software Technology Park, Lahore. The seminar, which aimed at providing a platform for stakeholders to discuss and deliberate upon the challenges and opportunities associated with the implementation of the 2% minority quota in higher education institutions in Pakistan, was attended by the Directors/In-charge of admission offices at public and private sector universities in Punjab.
