Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) has organized International Postdoctoral Scholarship (IPDS) award distribution ceremony in the Conference room of PHEC in which provisional award letters were distributed among the selected candidates. The committee/expert review panel conducted interviews of the 38 eligible scholars for the award of IPDS. Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, Chairperson PHEC welcomed the selected scholars appreciated them for their research work, and wished them luck with their remaining research component abroad. Dr. Mansoor Ahmad Baluch, Chief Operating Officer, PHEC, Dr. Mumtaz Ali Khan, Director, HRD, PHEC and Qazi Muhammad Ali, Assistant Director, HRD were also present at the ceremony.
