As Chief Guest, Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, Chairperson, PHEC addressed the participants and distributed the certificates among the participants at the closing ceremony of the 3rd Rectors’ Conference organized by the Association of Private Sector Universities of Pakistan (APSUP) in collaboration with Punjab Higher Education Commission, COMSTECH, Higher Education Commission, The Superior University, along with partner institutions at COMSTECH on Saturday.

More than 80 Vice Chancellors/ Rectors of public and private universities from all over Pakistan and Islamic Universities from Uganda, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Kazakhstan participated in the conference. The Ambassador of Kazakhstan and diplomats of different OIC member states also graced the occasion.
