Day5-Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, Chairperson PHEC, visited Manchester along with the delegation and had a meeting’s with Mayor of Manchester, former Mayor, Mr. Afzal Khan MP, Mr. Tariq Wazir Pakistan Counsel General in Manchester, Chancellor University of Manchester, Joanne Purves, Pro voice chancellor, Salford University, Annie Brunt, Director International Office, Manchester Metropolitan University and Prof. Zubair Hanslot, University PROVOST, University of Bolton.  Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, Chairperson, PHEC also attended a session on “Transnational Education Policy” at the University of Salford. Prof. Dr. Tariq Rafi, Chairman Sindh HEC, Prof. Dr. Iqrar Ahmad Khan, Chairman VC Committee, HEC, and Vice Chancellors were also present at the seminar.
