Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, Chairperson of PHEC, was honored as a Guest of Honor at the APSUP Academic Excellence Awards 2023. The event was organized by the Association of Private Sector Universities of Pakistan at Governor House, Lahore on 25 August 2023 . Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir congratulated the award winners and appreciated the efforts of APSUP for valued the awardees’ contribution to the higher education sector in Pakistan. He also highlighted the role of PHEC in facilitating and regulating the higher education institutions in Punjab. He emphasized the need for collaboration and innovation among the universities to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
