Chairperson PHEC Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir was invited as the Chief Guest at the HSM Doctoral Conference 2023: The Sustainable Development Goals and Doctoral Research organized by the University of Management and Technology Lahore.

In his inaugural address, Prof. Dr. Munir highlighted the crucial role that Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) play in national development and stressed the need for SDGs-centered doctoral research. He encouraged young researchers to focus on pressing global issues and use their knowledge and skills to make a positive impact on society.
