Meeting regarding draft Policy of Climate Change prepared under Theme II “Climate Change, Environment & Pollution (Waste Management)” has been convened in the Committee room of Higher Education Department (HED) Poonch House under the Chairmanship of Secretary, Higher Education Department. Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir (T.I), Chairperson Punjab Higher Education Commission attended the meeting and briefed the participants about the policy. Engr. Prof. Dr. Athar Mahboob, Former Vice Chancellor, Islamia University, Bahawalpur presented the draft policy. Mrs. Shahida Farrukh Naveed, Special Secretary, Higher Education Department (HED), Engr. Dr. Mansoor Ahmad Baluch, Chief Operating Officer, PHEC and Mr. Nouman Maqbool Rao, Director (P&D) PHEC also attended the meeting.
