Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) has organized an International Research Support Fellowship award distribution ceremony (F.Y. 2022-23) in the Conference Room of PHEC in which provisional award letters were distributed among the selected candidates. Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, Chairperson PHEC welcomed the selected scholars and congratulated them upon their selection. International Research Support Fellowship (IRSF) is a six-month program designed to provide a first-hand experience in research to highly motivated students who are presently pursuing a full-time PhD program in provincially chartered universities of Punjab. Prof. Dr. Kanwal Ameen, Former Vice Chancellor, UHE, Dr. Mansoor Ahmad Baluch, Chief Operating Officer, PHEC, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Iqbal Chawla, Former Dean, University of Punjab, Dr. Mumtaz Ali Khan, Director, HRD, PHEC and Qazi Muhammad Ali, Assistant Director HRD were also present at the ceremony.
