Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) has organized an International Travel Grants distribution ceremony in the conference room of PHEC in which award letters were distributed among the selected candidates. Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, Chairperson PHEC welcomed the selected scholars and appreciated them for their research work. Dr. Mansoor Ahmad Baluch, Chief Operating Officer, PHEC, and Dr. Muhammad Mumtaz Ali Khan, Director, HRD, PHEC, were also present at the ceremony.
