Mr. Qasim Ali Shah, Inspirational and Motivational Speaker visited PHEC and had a meeting with Dr. Mansoor Ahmad Baluch Chief Operating Officer PHEC. Dr. Baluch presented a bouquet of flowers to Qasim Ali Shah. During the meeting, the discussion was made regarding collaboration between Qasim Ali Shah Foundation and PHEC for the betterment of higher education. Mr. Shah showed his full support for the noble cause of Higher Education. Dr. Baluch appreciated his complimentary services for the sessions of promotion linked training program of Higher Education Department conducted by PHEC.
