Chairman, Punjab Higher education Commission, Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid (S.I.), addressed the closing ceremony of two-day International Media Conference and the inaugural of the Doctoral Spring School at Fatima Jinnah Women University Rawalpindi. While speaking on the occasion, Chairman PHEC said that the conferences like this could play a vital role in spreading awareness among the learners and the students.
