Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC) organized a webinar on “UPSIGN and Pakistan-UK Higher Education and Impactful Research Cooperation” for the vice chancellors and Directors ORIC of public and private sector universities. Prof. Dr. Jawwad Ahmad Darr, Vice Dean Enterprise (MAPS Faculty) at University College London, UK, and Prof. Dr. Ihtesham Rehman, Chair in BioEngineering at Lancaster University, UK were the keynote speakers. Prof. Dr. Fazal Ahmad Khalid (S.I.), Chairman PHEC, moderated the online seminar. Founder Rector COMSAT Prof. Dr. Syed Muhammad Junaid Zaidi, (H.I., S.I.) also participated in the webinar.
